Yin, Yang, Sound Immersion

Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and the rhythmic sounds of drums while exploring the complementary styles of Yin and Yang yoga.
Connect with the Yin energy through breathwork and a series of passive, cooling Yin poses. The tranquil vibrations of the singing bowls will be woven in to balance the mind and body, promote relaxation, and release deeply held tension.
Mindfully transition into harmonizing Yang poses and a gentle Vinyasa flow to recirculate energy and warm the body. Gentle drumming will build a rhythmic beat to deepen breath awareness and anchor movement.
Carrying with you the balance/Embodying the integration of Yin and Yang energy, this practice will ease you through closing postures and a reflective guided meditation. You will leave feeling balanced, grounded, and more in tune with the light and darkness within and around you.

You will have the opportunity to play a few of the instruments and also learn how to hold a sacred space for sound therapy for your own self-care or for your professional practice.
